How far in advance should I book my charter bus?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially if you are traveling during peak seasons (Spring and Fall). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Are food and drinks allowed on the bus?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks onboard. We just ask that you avoid glass containers and messy foods. Please dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is generally permitted for adult groups, provided a refundable cleaning deposit is paid and local laws are respected. Kegs and glass bottles are strictly prohibited.
Do your buses have restrooms?
Our standard 56-passenger charter buses are equipped with onboard restrooms. Minibuses and sprinter vans typically do not have restrooms, but drivers are happy to make rest stops upon request.
Are drivers' gratuity and hotel rooms included in the quote?
Gratuity is usually not included in the base quote and is at your discretion (10-20% is customary). For multi-day trips, you are responsible for providing the driver's hotel accommodations.
